The Department of Theatre, Film and Dance is housed within Cornell’s elegant Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts. Opened to much enthusiasm in 1989, this regionally recognized cultural facility encompasses within its marble walls all the elements needed for teaching and performance: three theatre performance spaces, dance theatre and studios, film editing and production suites, film forum, classrooms, and scenery and costume shops. Take some time now to tour the building, check out our upcoming season, or order tickets from our box office!
